Supporting people at home since 2002
Live independently,
in your own home.
Hallows Care started as a family business in the Vale of Glamorgan and has supported people in their own homes ever since, from an hour of help a week to full supported living. Every team is run by someone who lives in the area they look after.
Or call us on 01446 731285. Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.
-
Family run, not investor run
The same family has run Hallows Care since 2008. Every franchise owner is an owner, not a regional manager passing through.
-
Local teams, local decisions
Your care is arranged by an office in your area. If something needs changing, you speak to the person who can change it.
-
Regulated and inspected
Every Hallows Care office is registered with the care regulator for its nation, and inspected against the same standards as any other provider.
-
Privately funded or council funded
We support both private clients and people whose care is funded by Social Services, and we will help you work out which you are.
What we do
Support that fits the life someone already has
From an hour a week to round the clock. Care for older people, and equally for younger adults who want to live independently with the right support behind them.
Care at home
Regular visits that keep everyday life going, at whatever level of help is needed.
- Personal care Discreet help with washing, dressing and everything that comes with getting ready.
- Help around the home The shopping, the washing, the cooking and the small jobs that pile up.
- Companionship Company, conversation and a reason to get out of the house.
- Medication support Making sure the right medication is taken at the right time.
Living independently
Support built around the life someone wants to lead, not around their diagnosis.
Specialist support
Trained, experienced care for particular conditions and circumstances.
More support
For when visiting care is not quite enough, or when a family needs a break.
How it works
Four steps, and you can stop at any of them
Arranging care for the first time is confusing, and most people put it off longer than they should. This is the whole process.
- 01
You get in touch
A phone call or a form. Tell us what is happening, in your own words. Nothing is committed and nothing is sold to you on that call.
- 02
We come and talk it through
A free visit at home, at a time that suits. We look at what would actually help, including the things that are nobody else’s job.
- 03
We agree a plan and a price
Written down, in plain English, with the cost set out before anything starts. You can change it, pause it or stop it.
- 04
You meet your care workers
You are introduced before the first visit. We keep the team small so the same faces keep turning up.
In their words
Our daughter has Down’s syndrome, together with a number of other health issues. She requires a personal assistant who is capable of meeting her needs in order to facilitate a full social life.
Parent of a client, Vale of Glamorgan
Hallows Care has provided carers for my husband for over a year. All of his carers are professional and friendly and have made a difficult situation bearable.

Find your team
Care is arranged by the office that covers your street
Put in a postcode and we will show you who covers that address, what they offer and how to reach them. If we are not in your area yet, we will say so plainly rather than take the enquiry anyway.
Own a Hallows Care
A care business, already worked out
Hallows Care spent twenty years building the systems, the training and the reputation. Franchise owners get all of it, plus a territory of their own and people who have done this before on the end of the phone.
